Ongoing bookkeeping – as frequently as required

Income - Inputting all the money coming into your business using sales invoices, commissions, receipts and Pay-in Slips into a Ledger.

Expenditure - Inputting of all the money going out of your business using purchase invoices, debit & credit card payments, BACS and cheque payments into a Ledger

VAT return completion

Quarterly VAT returns can be completed and submitted, if applicable, based on the figures with the Ledgers. This will then show what you owe to the HMRC or what they owe you!

Invoicing

We are happy to issue sales invoices and send these to clients on your behalf

Bank reconciliations

To ensure that all the income and expenditure can be matched to your bank statement or petty cash ledger, making for efficient accounting.

Final accounts for sole traders

These will be the accounts you will need to pass to your accountant at the end of the financial year in order for them to submit your Self Assessment.

Debtor/Creditor Reports

Reports can be drawn up showing who owes you money and who you owe money to at any given point in time. These can also be used to see how much you are spending on suppliers and receiving from customers.
